Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Boldr mobile application (the "Service"), operated by Boldr ("we," "us," or "our"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Service. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of these Terms, which apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, please refrain from accessing the Service.

Premium Version

This section applies to users who purchase or subscribe to the Premium version or other paid products. By paying the subscription fee, you gain access to the Premium version for the duration of your subscription, in accordance with these Terms.

• All Premium subscriptions are paid in advance.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Cancellation of an active subscription period is not allowed.
• You may terminate your membership at any time; however, your access will remain valid for the paid subscription period.
• If you subscribed through the App Store, subscription management and cancellations must be done through the App Store. Subscription fees are listed in the app, and BOLDR reserves the right to change them periodically.

All payments handled through Apple (e.g., in-app purchases) can only be refunded by Apple with their consent. For further assistance, you can contact Apple here.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will strive to provide at least 60 days' notice before the new terms take effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after these revisions, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.
